Trainer was good and explained clearly. Made the day fly by quickly came away with plenty of knowledge.

In the morning the trainer was aggressive towards an attendee which I found extremely uncomfortable, unprofessional, unjustified & uncalled for. A positive He was extremely knowledgeable.

Well presented enjoyable day

The course was very late. Course dud not finish until 6pm. Missing my bus. No valve masks in the resuscitation training. Trainer was very Professional.
