Good course to cover mandatory training needs, however hospital related content is not relevant as delegates are from community settings.

Really good course, went through a lot of mandatory information.

Having a 2nd group come in the afternoon wastes time as we go over things we have done in the morning such as fire safety, introductions and some of the training gets brought up in the afternoon that we have already done. This course isn't very applicable to home care/ complex care

Lots of slides skipped Ran through slides too fast

I became more confident after completing this course. The training session was nice and the trainer was so amazing and kind. She was very patient and had answers to all my questions.
