Is a rare gem and is passionate about the profession and her work. Created a conducive environment. It was easy for us to take part in group discussions. She is efficient.

Was a little fast paced for me towards the end of the day, but as it’s a refresher it was fine for me. There weren’t many materials but the trainer was engaging and competent making it enjoyable and useful.
