Hard to rate the trainer Chris as he only delivered a few slides before he lost connection. But what he did present was good. Content is good. Videos get message across well. A formal test at the end would be better.

* A lot of the risks shown on the course are not relevant to the work people on the course do. e.g. most people won't be draining a reservoir tunnel, whereas most people might be exposed to excavation hazards (cable strikes, falls from height, etc.) * Internet dropped out, had to call in to get another trainer on
