Two videos didn't work but still gained all the knowledge I feel I needed - thanks.

Overall, it was a very helpful session that covered key safety expectations and procedures. Mark (who was the trainer), kept things engaging, and I now have a better understanding of the standards expected when working on Thames Water sites. With sharper slide visuals, the experience would be amazing.
