This course definitely gives you more confidence on what steps to take in a crisis and think about how to execute the start of the crisis comms plan. Taking part in practical scenario sessions really helps me learn - i enjoyed these sessions. The course helps you think differently. I found the pre course work really good insight into the course and again i enjoyed this part of the overall course.
