The trainer made the course fun and knowledgable at the same time which made it easier to learn. On a side note....the text would not type in the diagram in the test sheet.
I was very nervous and terrified of public speaking at first. But with help and lots of practical bits I completely settled into it and I feel more confident in myself to speak in front of a group of people!

Loved the collaboration and discussion side of the course. We were given time to explore the issues facing our business and discuss solutions as well as being given practical solutions to our current offering requirements.
Sapphire was great. Took feedback on board to look more at online training and always linked it back to training we were going to have to deliver
There was an expectation that the course would have focus on practical element and a good balance of classroom and virtual training, however after requesting this on the 2nd day the trainer did incorporate more of this
Laura was great and really engaging. I acquired some really good skills and theory to back up the information provided. I really enjoyed the practical elements of the course and gained some really good opportunities to reflect. Took away lots of actions to take forward
I think the course was extremely useful and I like the way the trainer Laura tailored the course to our objectives and the challenges we face in our working world and environment My only suggestion for improvement would be reviewing the course duration as I believe the course could be completed in one day rather than two
Really good ability to facilitate group discussions and linking these real life examples back to principles of planning and implementation.
