Great atmosphere, friendly trainers, positive environment.
Value proposition needs looking at in my opinion. Fruit / pens / notepaper - welcoming environment. Would like course handouts and something tangible to take away. Signposting for the training on the door to direct people in. Darren was very good and knowledgable. Will implement a lot of the ideas learnt. Would be better with more people for peer feedback. Understanding of ILM certificate and what it means could be beneficial.
I think the course was delivered very well and was able to hit three very different types of training for the three delegates, was constantly forcing us to think critically about our training styles. Only thing that I did not take away from this was tips on how to deliver remote training but Laura has said that she will share some helpful slides so that will be a great help
Good course that was engaging throughout, 2 major takeaways from my point of view so all in all well worth and would recommend it to anyone.
Chris is fantastic. He made it very enjoyable and great at making content relatable. Asked me questions about how I can take the content back to my work place.
Really enjoyed Dan’s style and personable- ness. Content was great but would be even better if the slides and questionnaires could be shared with us
Gained a lot of info from my fellow delegates. Speaking to my peers about the problems they experience and how they solve them was very useful. Also found the video of my session with feedback has helped me going forward.
Saphire is a really knowledgeable and engaging trainer. I particularly enjoined learning about the psychology of personalities and leaning styles. I was quite concerned about the dynamic of the smaller group but Saphire made it personal to us and facilitated us well. I would of liked to have done some more practicing
