Gained a lot of info from my fellow delegates. Speaking to my peers about the problems they experience and how they solve them was very useful. Also found the video of my session with feedback has helped me going forward.
Content did not follow a logical order and many topics were not clearly relevant to the topic of train the trainer. Chris was a very friendly trainer, he was more of a facilitator than a trainer and maybe too casual for what I was hoping to get from the course. However on day 2 when he asked for feedback and received all of the direct developmental feedback provided I felt that Chris made sure the content provided was more relevant to train the trainer and I felt that he demonstrated great listening and etiquette. I enjoyed the video exercises of day 2, one of these could be factored into day 1 so that we could see how we progressed.
Good balance between theory and practical to bring the theory to life. Will be useful in future facilitations in both design and delivery
Very good fun experience. Had definitely made me think alot more around pre planning of holding a training course and best practices which could be used to get the most from delegates
Excellent two day. Really insightful to learn about the theories but also the practical elements and using the techniques has been amazing

This course was absolutely brilliant and a huge eye opener to many techniques to use in order to deliver an effective session.
Very well presented course. I feel the audience engagement in this course is brilliant. The role play in particular, really pushes people out of their comfort zones. Some of the course material (knowledge test in particular) was a bit tricky to complete, felt the formatting to answer questions more time consuming than answering the questions themselves! Also, with the majority of the participants mostly using Teams, would have preferred this to be the option when invites were sent as oppose to Zoom. Overall, a really good course! Thank you.
Really good course, would highly recommend it for anyone who has to train others or present.
