Valuable, practical training that gets you practicing throughout the day. The experienced team gave us insightful feedback to hone our communication skills. The lessons I took away will be useful far beyond the context of media interviews.

The training was very useful for learning how to speak with more confidence, how to engage a variety of audiences and deal with difficult/controversial questions. We were able to gain experience in print, radio and TV, which were all very different and require various skills.
