It was a great training to fine tune your communication skills, with a particular focus on print, radio and tv.

Don't engage the media if you have not done this training. So useful and eye opening. Realised had done so many things wrong in the past. I wish I had done this training years back.

The practical nature of the training was very beneficial to me. The feedback from facilitators was valuable without feeling criticised.

There are good practice interviews, and useful tips are given.
