Excellent training. I loved the emphasis on focusing on the human element and then supporting it with factual details as a way to connect to the audience. I felt much more confident at the end of the session for difficult interviews.
A very useful course to improve confidence in addressing the media. Chunked sessions to cover the different aspects of media. Incredibly useful with great guidance from the facilitators and real-time feedback.
