Absolutely essential, with transferable skill development

Lots of useful information and structured well so that there was an opportunity to practice conveying the same message in multiple different ways. Sticking with one topic throughout was really helpful because it allowed me to easily see where I was improving and what I still needed to work on. Peer feedback was also a good element - I learned a lot about how others see me, both good and bad.
