Despite not expecting to enjoy the course, it was massively enlightening and I've learned an enormous amount.
This was a great way to brush up old techniques and grow confidence in the Management Team. It was long enough to gain insight and have a couple of practices, without having to spend all day doing it. Chris was very flexible in his approach and allowed us to vary from the initial examples (we gave) to help us work on our more difficult issues. I will certainly use you again when i have filled my two management team Executive Director vacancies. Thanks

Brilliant course, great facilitator and feedback
Howard did a fabulous job delivering this training. He created a safe space for mistakes, questions, and feedback. He continued to push us and encouraged us to feel more confident because we were doing a good job already - and it was great hearing that from an external person. He went above and beyond preparing for this training and provided specific and personal feedback on each exercise, which helped our learning experience as a team. He also kept it up with good humor and relatable examples. At the end of the training, I didn't even remember it started at 6h30am BRT. It was THAT good! Kudos to the Media First team!
