This 8-week course is designed for people who wish to integrate mindfulness into their routine. Mindful Surrey lead the latest version of the well-established 8-week MBSR course, taught all over the world, which was revised by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 2018. The course includes eight weekly sessions of two and a quarter hours, an orientation session, a 5-hour retreat day, all course materials, pre-course telephone interview and supporting calls/emails between sessions should you wish to discuss elements of the course.
