Overall good. I think more activities would have helped drive the concepts better. There is a large amount of content and different levels of experience - it might have helped to do a pre test. Materials very good during the course Pre request to read the case study was not required

While we cover much of the content of the course in our project work it was useful and interesting to go back to first principles on some aspects and understand the benefits that the various processes bring and also the best practice of how these should be implemented.

Good course and very comprehensive. Too much information to digest everything in two days including an exam. Some areas felt a little rushed. Classroom debates caused confusion at some points. Classroom was too small and not enough desk space
