Every subject that was in the test was covered in the training. And it was delivered in an easy to absorb manor

Overall thought this was a great course, they managed to fit a lot of content in just a few weeks. Having two weeks of revision time at the end was the perfect amount for me. I would have liked more practise questions with mark schemes. Whilst the chatgpt questions were okay, I found that it is programmed to agree with you so was not great at giving honest marking feedback.

A lot of content to get through and it requires you to be self driven and carry out research and homework, but Lisa the trainer is very knowlegable and engages the group. Parallel provides you with the online tools and content to succeed

The venue's management could have been significantly better, as several issues impacted the event experience.

The course was fantastic and Carmen's delivery was really engaging and accessible. The course was tailored to our organisation and the second day provided good opportunities to use tangible templates for the direct stages of the life cycle.

The course was exceptionally well organised and structured, with comprehensive learning materials that made even complex topics easier to understand. The weekly homework helped reinforce the learning, and the inclusion of ChatGPT practice exercises made the content practical and relevant to real-world application. Lisa, the trainer, was excellent. She had a great balance of drawing on her own experience while also providing practical, easy-to-understand examples that helped bring the learning to life. Engagement was strong throughout the course, and Lisa created a supportive and interactive learning environment.
