I would highly recommend Parallel Project as a training provider. The course was exceptionally well organised and structured, with comprehensive learning materials that made even complex topics easier to understand. The weekly homework helped reinforce the learning, and the inclusion of ChatGPT practice exercises made the content practical and relevant to real-world application. Lisa, the trainer, was excellent. She had a great balance of drawing on her own experience while also providing practical, easy-to-understand examples that helped bring the learning to life. Engagement was strong throughout the course, and Lisa created a supportive and interactive learning environment.

I think the course was really effective. It gives us learners a lot of time to work through content and real test questions by having full days to do so. I enjoyed having some breakout tasks as it's a lot to listen to content all day. I think all of the supporting documents are really useful. The quick videos are a great tool as this is how I learnt at University - by going to lectures and coming back and making detailed notes/building on notes afterwards with the videos.

A well-structured course with good materials, practical examples and strong tutor support throughout. Lisa was knowledgeable, engaging and always willing to answer questions. The mock exams, homework feedback and revision sessions were particularly helpful in preparing for the PMQ exam.
Lisa is a great trainer. She keeps everyone heavily engaged and drives to always cover all the content even with tight timescales.
