Lisa is a great trainer. She keeps everyone heavily engaged and drives to always cover all the content even with tight timescales.

A well-structured course with good materials, practical examples and strong tutor support throughout. Lisa was knowledgeable, engaging and always willing to answer questions. The mock exams, homework feedback and revision sessions were particularly helpful in preparing for the PMQ exam.

She tailored her approach to suit our needs as a team and this was evident in her feedback of our coursework as well as the techniques she used to transfer her knowledge to us.
