The course was good and well-designed. I would have preferred longer sessions to go over the material.
Good course but too much to digest over limited period.
Becky is an outstanding communicator. She demonstrates a depth of knowledge and understanding that can only come from years of real‑world experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the session, and I have no doubt that the insights I gained will be valuable throughout my future career.
Carmen was a fantastic trainer. She explained the concepts well and included examples that were easy to follow.
Lisa was a very engaging and knowledgeable trainer. The course handbook is a bit overwhelming and I preferred to use the course slides with very occasional reference to the handbook. Really enjoyed the videos moodle and the podcasts.
I think Lisa is an excellent trainer. She really takes her time to ensure you fully understand, no question is silly to her and her support outside of the learning days has been excellent. She is very passionate and really wants you to do well. I’m feeling confident going into my exam because of Lisa.
It made such a big positive difference having lisa as our trainer. Clear conscise and knows her stuff
Really enjoyed the course and Carmen was excellent. The materials (Moodle, session and podcasts weer a great combination).
It was a really excellent week and Carmen was a fantastic teacher who always took the time to make sure we understood a topic before moving on and giving us plenty of oppurtinity to ask questions. The Venue was good but unfortunately was undergoing construction which was at times slightly disruptive, which is why I have removed points there. This was mitigated as well as possible by Carmen who made sure we were in meeting rooms far away from the noise and checked in with us to make sure we were okay.
