A thoroughly enjoyable experience with a great trainer.
Lisa was a fantastic trainer. I studied the learning videos before the virtual classroom session, and found that the learning videos gave me a good baseline understanding that Lisa was then able to build on. Lisa did an amazing job of contextualising the content, providing a variety of industry examples, and wording things in different ways for individuals. Overall, I had a brilliant experience, but can't stress enough how much Lisa contributed to that! The only constructive feedback I have is that it was slightly unclear if the moodle activities were prework. I did them as prework, and would have felt on the backfoot had I not.
The teaching was delivered really well and any questions raised about topics that weren’t understood were addressed in a clear manner.
The training was well-structured and informative. the Instructor explained the key concepts clearly and the practical examples helped reinforce the learning.
The course was very informative course that was well run and any concerns or areas that you did not understand were well explained and the pace of the course was right as it gave you time to understand and put into practice

I noticed that whilst I understood the content, my recall of information was poor so for this reason I would emphasise importance of study in the first 4 weeks. I got a bit behind but it soon became clear that practice using key terms and acronyms was important to get to grips with early on. Great course, relieved to take it over 6 weeks to get to grips with the material at my own pace.
The course was structured well and Lisa explanation on the topics with examples given by her and other attendees was very helpful. The sessions were very interactive and a great way for knowledge share as it included people from different background and experience.
I have actually really enjoyed doing this course. Lisa has made the environment engaging and I appreciate the time she gives each person on the course to guide them where they may struggle.
