I really enjoy these classes and it’s great bringing the particular and literal experiences to the theory and understanding better what it is I actually am doing.

Very good

The course was quite insightful

Didn’t learn many ‘new’ things, mostly just a refresher for things that are already known.

Lots of scenarios and group discussion but did not feel there were many resolutions offered

I was hoping the course would look at more practical examples for implementing in the work place. Implementing successful health and wellbeing initiatives. It looked at a lot of personal effects of health and wellbeing but not for initiatives to role out. Or practice conversations around wellbeing.
