I’ve really enjoyed the 2 day course on performance management, the breakout activities really helped information stick rather than just following a PowerPoint. The group size was just right and the participation from everyone was great. I have made lots of notes and already started implementing some of the things learnt in my own organisation. Debbie was great at listening and providing real life examples which further instilled new information.

Very informative and helpful course. I think trainee was professional and knows what she was talking about. I will recommended this course to everyone who dealing with people in the care home
