Great refresher for me and feel more confident in completing mca’s and referrals to DOLs
Really informative and collaborative. Felt confident to participate and chat within the group. Andrea was great at getting us all working together and I liked the group tasks that were interspersed with the day. We often went off on a tangent but Andrea was good at getting us back on track again.

It was a very good training, and I gained a sound knowledge of about care planning according to person-centred care, as well as how to set appropriate outcomes.
This training gave me lots of motivation and confidence to initiate writing of care plans of my residents, and same time it inspired me to think of myself as well. It was nice time and she presented the training in nice way, where I found very much interesting.
The course is very important and I find it as very helpful to starting to write on care plans. Andrea explained everything very clearly and well understood. She has discussed with us and gave us a chance to discuss our concerns and opinion.
Andrea is lovely and we do not know how fast time was gone. So interesting and helpful. I obtained a lot regarding care plans, respect forms, person centered care etc. She did activities with us and time was not boring with her.
Great course , interaction was great and the video and clips was a great way to make you seat back and realise what people with dementia could be going through
