Debbie was fab, the training was entertaining which kept us all involved and I do think we’ve all taken something away from this course.
Had a very very very helpful training session! Debbie helped to open my mind into trying and wanting to learn new techniques with the service users so they can promote independence more and get the most out of a day at county care

I’ve really enjoyed the 2 day course on performance management, the breakout activities really helped information stick rather than just following a PowerPoint. The group size was just right and the participation from everyone was great. I have made lots of notes and already started implementing some of the things learnt in my own organisation. Debbie was great at listening and providing real life examples which further instilled new information.
Training is good, but should be for those who need a refresher, or those who are new to senior/nurse work.
