Really good course snd well delivered Gives me affirmation what I was and am doing is how I should be working and will support others to do the same

I’ve really enjoyed the 2 day course on performance management, the breakout activities really helped information stick rather than just following a PowerPoint. The group size was just right and the participation from everyone was great. I have made lots of notes and already started implementing some of the things learnt in my own organisation. Debbie was great at listening and providing real life examples which further instilled new information.

Training is good, but should be for those who need a refresher, or those who are new to senior/nurse work.

Andrea is very knowledgeable, allowing for good open discussions and questions. I have learnt a lot, thank you very much
