The course is very important and I find it as very helpful to starting to write on care plans. Andrea explained everything very clearly and well understood. She has discussed with us and gave us a chance to discuss our concerns and opinion.

Andrea is lovely and we do not know how fast time was gone. So interesting and helpful. I obtained a lot regarding care plans, respect forms, person centered care etc. She did activities with us and time was not boring with her.

Great course , interaction was great and the video and clips was a great way to make you seat back and realise what people with dementia could be going through

Very informative and well rolled out. A good mix of skill sets of staff in attendance. Overall a very enjoyable experience with many variations and discussions taking place as well as the training being carried out.
