Brilliant and very informative - I learnt and strengthened my skill set and will be able to present this to other members within my team. I have enjoyed learning how to structure outcomes, understanding how they should be presented with in the care plans. Acknowledging what CQC are looking for and being able to meet the governing body standards

I feel I’m taking away a lot from today’s training. The session flowed really well and I know we can implement much of what we have learnt in our care plans.

Debbie is a great tutor who put all the information she was giving us in to a fun and real life situations. Debbie was very supportive to us as learners as well.
