Lots of scenarios and group discussion but did not feel there were many resolutions offered

I was hoping the course would look at more practical examples for implementing in the work place. Implementing successful health and wellbeing initiatives. It looked at a lot of personal effects of health and wellbeing but not for initiatives to role out. Or practice conversations around wellbeing.

Andrea was great.
