Shaun was very knowledgeable, patient, able to get the information over in an understandable way that goes in to the grey matter, lots of experience both in his working life and life in general.
Very good, thought provoking and refresher wise positive.
Enjoyable experience. Shaun leads the course through real life examples ina. Relaxed and friendly way. Using discussions in the room to think about how we can better consider and prepare to deliver our roles and accountabilities as leaders.
