Shaun is a brilliant trainer, great approach to teaching and made it more applicable to real life. First time I feel like I have learnt something knew on a first aid course after completing several over the last decade.

Really detailed and appropriate to the building services industry. Shaun is really personable and responded well to those who were not as committed to the course initially.

Great training session, very insightful and informative. Shaun took his time to answer all questions from candidates. Great to have learned some valuable skills, especially being able to administer CPR / using a defibrillator.
