Venue was nice - just annoying we had to use key fobs everywhere. Trainer presented very well, answered all questions, never made me feel think for asking anything which i thought was stupid. Shaun has a lot of experience in this field and his understanding is great, so made learning more fun and easier as he had great stories to tell.

Shaun was a great instructor, who was remarkably easy to talk to. Could not ask for more.
