Shaun was lovely and made the day really informative and enjoyable
Shaun was fantastic - incredibly engaging, understanding and funny. The course was interesting and kept my attention all day - I loved the practice sessions. Only thing I'd say would be to look for a venue were a key isn't required to access toilets as there wasn't enough keys for everyone.
Training was engaging and inclusive. There was a good blend of practical and oral training. Our trainer Shaun showed great professionalism when dealing with minor disruption, whilst maintaining engagement through a good sense of humour. Overall, the course was very well delivered.
Great trainer, Shaun. Was fantastic giving us extra tips about emergency first aid. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and learnt a lot!
