The course was very good and informative and the trainer was very knowledgeable and was kind enough to go over points I had not grasped again. The only bit that was a bit stressful for me was downloading the Sage software. Our IT department said it was very old 2005 and I believe this might have caused some of the delay. Also it would have been good to have been able to have training software that could have gone on my laptop( with the live payroll software)
Excellent advanced course for anyone looking to advance from basic. Trainer (Tara) was really good - patient, presented clearly and at a good pace.
Hello, the course was great however i should have been on the basic course so having not completed the basic course i felt it was too advanced for me. I really enjoyed it it just moved way to fast for me and i struggled to keep up as the first course was referenced a lot and i haven't done that. I needed the pace to be slower but understand we cant work like that. I Fully enjoyed it though and learnt alot.
Trainer and material was very good, put together well and easy to pick up. Some connection issues with some people that lead to a late start but this cant always be helped.

The course was very clear and trainer answered all queries as we went. The group was very small - only two which for me was great as made it more personal. by also providing templates with pre formulated formulas was really helpful .
The course in general was good - I think I struggled with the connection and Teams was not the best type of software. The course was 1:1 but might have been more beneficial in a larger group and in person
