Trainer and material was very good, put together well and easy to pick up. Some connection issues with some people that lead to a late start but this cant always be helped.

Good, well-rounded course. Sparked a lot of thinking and self-reflection so hopefully I can better myself and the business I work for.

The course was very clear and trainer answered all queries as we went. The group was very small - only two which for me was great as made it more personal. by also providing templates with pre formulated formulas was really helpful .

The course in general was good - I think I struggled with the connection and Teams was not the best type of software. The course was 1:1 but might have been more beneficial in a larger group and in person

I found the course to be beneficial, but due to my dyslexia, I believe it would have been more effective if it were shorter or spread out over a few days.

Very good course, but felt over welmed with the infomation overload.

Would have been better if Face to face - but unfortunately we live in a remote world :)
