I learnt alot from the course

Very informative. Will take a lot from this course

The course exceeded my expectations, although hard to be on Zoom for two days it went very quickly and at no point did I feel disengaged. Laura was an excellent facilitator and was able to move around subjects using her expertise, the flexibility of her presentation style due to her knowledge was much appreciated. I have not had time to explore the Learn World site yet but it looks comprehensive and I look forward to digging in. Fantastic! Mike

I found the training to be extremely valuable and engaging. The trainer demonstrated excellent knowledge and understanding of the content, explaining everything clearly and in a way that was easy to follow. They were also incredibly supportive and approachable, creating a positive learning environment where I felt comfortable asking questions and contributing. Overall, the trainer was brilliant throughout, delivering the session with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Their support and encouragement made a real difference to my learning experience.

The course did absolutely everything I hoped it would, and more. It provided an excellent balance between theory and practice and gave ample opportunity to try out key themes.

Very informative session - loved the angle of the training in understanding how people work and how you can control the conversation, as opposed to just the usual content on handling difficult discussions.
