I thought it was great, better and more applicable than I thought it would be. Always felt confident to speak and share my thoughts and never felt silly doing so.

It was far more useful and insightful than I expected. I’m going home/back to work with a lot more knowledge, practical tools and, most importantly, a boost in self-awareness. I genuinely enjoyed the sessions, they were engaging, supportive and full of those lightbulb moments that will stay with me.

Darren was engaging throughout, and delivered the course at a level that really worked for me. I was the only one on the course which was a great benefit and made it feel more personalised and bespoke.

Really good content and delivery

I really enjoyed the course, and it wasn't what I was expecting but I think I have come away with a better understanding of myself and different methods and techniques to be a better manager and how to help my team develop and grow. Darren was very knowledgeable and communicated well, and even adapted some slides in the moment and answered questions more tailored to our own challenges, which was really appreciated. I would highly recommend this course and thought it was of great value.

Absolutely brilliant two days with Laura and a lovely small group. Laura's authentic approach helped us develop psychological safety really early on and throughout. This course has reignited my love of learning - so often the one helping others with their learning and development, it was great to focus on my own development (-:
