I had a workshop with Lou a few weeks ago and found it really interesting learning about profiles. Following on from this today I have further developed these skills as well as understanding how to communicate with people differently
Thanks you for making the course engaging keeping interest levels high

Another excellent course with Lou. She has a unique ability to impart information without losing the audience. I could listen to her all day.
