Lou is really good at taking a weakness you feel you have and instantly making you feel it's a good thing. Not a good thing you have said weakness, but positive about it as an opportunity to improve. So instead of feeling embarrassment and shying away from this thing, but to embrace it, face it and overcome it. This really means that you can learn to grow positively during the course, but I think more meaningfully continue to grow way beyond the course.

I have really enjoyed this course - Louise is extremely knowledgeable in this field - I do also think the materials are extremely good and well presented

Very engaging and helpful. Doing a practice presentation with feedback would be really useful but appreciate time constraints probably prevent this.
