I really enjoyed the first part of the day with Lou and found her to be a great trainer and insightful. She went through some thought provoking content and practical sessions. I was less keen on the second trainer who shared activities which were things that have been done a lot before in previous sessions and not all that useful to be directly relatable to change management I would have preferred the whole day with Lou as the trainer as I felt i got a lot more out of that part of the training
