Well equipped, activities were engaging, optional participation of further work which will benefit the course (reading materials provided) as well as enticing homework ahead. Lou was amazing! The course was given real life examples and she made sure we all were able to relate and understand every step of the way whilst demonstrating areas we could grow and develop. Looking forward to the best module ☺️
For the first time I’ve been in a training day where I’ve enjoyed it so much that I did not want it to end. With my all honesty Lou is such an amazing and experienced coach and I feel so lucky meeting her because I know I will have so many things to learn from her and literally cannot wait until our next session!
