The training today blew my mind, I've learned a lot about myself. Trainer is full of energy, engaging with everyone and helping us all grow Usual training days I watch my clock waiting to go home, today I didn't want it to end. Thanks so much! Looking forward to future training days
Trainer has great energy and many stories to share regarding her experience and relates it to the content of the course very well. Impact of stress session felt a little short, but not sure if that was down to time. Course was great, lots of learning and self-reflection. Also a nice way to get to know the ladies in the Women in KAD group.
Well equipped, activities were engaging, optional participation of further work which will benefit the course (reading materials provided) as well as enticing homework ahead. Encouragement to apply the materials to the workplace. Very transferable skills and informative info, can’t wait to see what’s next.

Felt this was very thought provoking and informative. Cultural intelligence is very important to me dealing with such a vast range of people so my knowledge and awareness can always be improved.
