Trainer has great energy and many stories to share regarding her experience and relates it to the content of the course very well. Impact of stress session felt a little short, but not sure if that was down to time. Course was great, lots of learning and self-reflection. Also a nice way to get to know the ladies in the Women in KAD group.

This was a very interesting part of the course and learned quite a few ideas

Felt this was very thought provoking and informative. Cultural intelligence is very important to me dealing with such a vast range of people so my knowledge and awareness can always be improved.
