Louise was brilliant as usual. Practical session on Day 2 was extremely helpful.
I was very out of my comfort zone on day 2, which is a good thing! Lots of great talking points in these sessions, would love to expand more on sleep, energy rhythms, and especially thinking fast and slow.
The course delivery and context was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the day and would recommend this course is delivered to personnel in less senior positions.
Content was researched and suited my requirements with the right pace. Thank you for realising we should not sit all day. That supported my engagement.

There was a good balance of theory and practical exercises. Lou’s delivery is engaging and dynamic. The email exercise is excellent and a great way of getting an authentic piece of work to assess.
