Brilliant as always. Useful content delivered in a fun way
Very insightful and content was easy to digest, apply to my role and also provoke excellent conversations to share ideas
It was so helpful and insightful to have the advice on how to approach a difficult conversation I will have coming up, I will be thinking consciously and adapting how I approach this situation after this session
Session really enjoyable and very productive. Puts different spin on our every day and the way we work with people. It has been really good, and very safe environment to share our experiences. But... just joking :)
This module made me more aware of ways to communicate with others in a way they I’d beneficial to both parties and advocate my my assertiveness.
Today Lou has helped me realise the power of the words and how our brain react to it. Today was a great session which made me change, question and shift some of my perspectives and thoughts. Thank you Lou!
Excellent. Fun, engaging and of strong practical use. I would (and will recommend) to my friends in other businesses.
Excellent, lots of information and delivered in a way that I can understand and apply to my leadership journey. Little step changes.
