The course was useful overall as it got all of the SLT in one room but there were only a few who engaged verbally

good course and engagement…. Some food for thought in how this group can move forward and own it

It would be really useful to have a structured meeting that looks at group solutions to the challenges that the group faces

An important discussion re the future of the SLT - still much to do.

Would also be good to do some away days, team building, something fun, quiz or locked in a room or something different that other teams or company's do

Thought provpking

As always another fantastic session with Lou. I have never had a better trainer for this type of session. She maintains the attention of everyone in the room and is a pleasure to be around. She makes complex topics easy to absorb and understand in real world situations.
