Course was to be 3 days in length in order to cover all content. Paid for 3 day course. Course was cut short by a day due to HM's funeral. Update email received stating that remaining 2 days would be longer in order to make up for lost time - this was not the case. - No extra time provided. Lost 1 day and my result reflected this lost contact time. Computers for exam need updating / modernising. Very slow connection time. Some computers didn't work.
The course lecturer Andy was very good in teaching the subject, he made it a good laugh aswell keeping people engaged, he was very supportive and answered all our questions. I Was happy with the length in training however for others with no experience it could be seen as too short. The facilities and lunch were very good. I was impressed with the service provided and I plan on returning for courses at a later date. Thanks
very good course, very well presented, and enjoyable to do.
Brilliant week. Learnt a lot and will be able to bring that knowledge back to my workplace. Tutor was excellent.
The tutor was good. Although went into too much detail on certain subjects and found it a little boring. Believe the course should be 3 days then test on the 4th as I felt drained as well as the other students doing the test in the afternoon. Believe I would of scored a lot higher this way.
A brilliant training provider of whom I would recommend to anyone looking for quality training and to gain a professional qualification. The food and facilities provided were top quality and any issues were rectified immediately.
A really rewarding week which challenged my modest technical background. The subject is completely fascinating and Tim’s knowledge and years of experience brought the whole thing to life. I can’t speak highly enough for the quality of the overall experience. Thanks to the whole team at Clay Cross.
