Andy delivered excellently on the course.

Course was excellent and pitched at the correct level. Very happy with how course was run. Chris the tutor was excellent and put myself at ease on the second day when I struggled with little things on the course and helped me understand where I was going wrong and how to Correct it. Would prefer the course to be a day later so that practical could be carried out.

I recently attended the Domestic Electrical Installer course, I found it to be an excellent experience from start to finish. The course was well structured, with a great balance of classroom learning and practical, hands-on training. The training facilities were well equipped, creating a realistic learning environment that prepared me for working on domestic electrical installations. The course content was relevant, up to date, and delivered at a pace that suited learners with different levels of experience. The instructor Chris was knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to answer questions, making even the more technical aspects easy to understand. The practical sessions helped build confidence and reinforced the theory covered throughout the course. Overall, I would highly recommend Learn Techniques to anyone looking to gain qualifications or expand their knowledge in electrical industry, It was a worthwhile investment, and I left the course feeling far more confident in my skills and understanding.

I came into this course with no use of Tools, aircon/refrigeration knowledge or anything to do with engineering, but I wanted a career change… by the time I had done my 2 weeks with Tim, I have the skills and knowledge to start in the industry from the bottom and onwards, tim is a fascinating and knowledgeable tutor who could was aware of my position but always shown me patience and professionalism, this put me at ease at times I felt like I was falling behind on the practical side of things, however I passed all my exams first time and practical assessments. I couldn’t recommend Tim and TLS enough for providing great service to a newbie like myself. If you’re thinking about it, just do it 👍

As someone who spent many years as a military instructor, I know what good instruction looks like. The instructors on this course are first class—calm, professional, and genuine subject matter experts. They explain complex topics clearly, encourage questions, and ensure everyone understands rather than just teaching to the exam. Their knowledge, patience, and professionalism are a credit to the training provider. Having taught and been taught throughout my Army career, I can honestly say they are among the best instructors I’ve had the privilege to learn from, and as a stroke survivor it gives others hope of regaining their life back.

Very good course over all week 1 needs to be extended as to carry out BS7671,RACHP part 1 and 2 is a lot on information to take in especially when you have no priveous knowledge. BS7671 book should be sent out to students prior attending course along with a video demonstrating navigation of the book.
