Was a great course to attend. Allan had a wealth of knowledge and Was great at explaining things. Help was never an issue too. Taking time to show us step by steps of everything.

Well presented with lots of additional real world experiences shared. Can't fault the theory/practical side as the goal was to pass which the whole group did. Hot lunches arrived a little early making the morning session quite short (they could have been a little warmer too!) Other than that, a very positive experience. Cheers Tim.

I found the Tom (the tutor) knowledgeable, friendly & supportive. His delivery was informative & spot on for the type of course. I passed, which shows he must have did his job correctly.

After a break from electrical Wendy was very helpful and attentive at getting me back up to speed. She taught the course in a way that we all got to grips with it and it wasn’t a chore. Would recommend her highly.

Thoroughly enjoyed this course

Small dining area for eating at a table for some of the meals. Separate issue to course but I've been very patiently waiting on a refund since November for a course that got cancelled due to the tutor needing to self isolate. Been phoning in and speaking to staff during my attendance to this course, everyone says that I'll receive it in the next 24/48hrs but still haven't received any of it. Starting to feel like I'm going to have to take further steps to receive my money back. Name: Steven Gilmore Course requiring refund for: 2392 Test and Inspection in November
