Simon was a fantastic instructor and really helped me get my head around everything, this was slightly let down by the old and occasionally temperamental equipment we were using. It needs updating
Simon was an amazing teacher, providing brilliant knowledge and experience delivered through a very thorough and helpful teaching style, based solely on my experience with him as a tutor I would recommend the course to others. The equipment supplied was old and outdated however. Considering the price of the course per person students should not have to dig through a ‘waste wire bin’ because new rolls of wire weren’t available, Simon accommodated the shortfall of supplies by giving suitable tasks to each student, he is an asset to the establishment in that regard. The cost of new equipment is minimal in comparison to the price of the course and simply shocking, as someone paying roughly £1600 I find this ridiculous to deal with.
ASHAM THE COURSE TUTOR WAS VERY INFORMATIVE THROUGHOUT THE COURSE AND HAD A GREAT METHOD OF TEACHING. HE MANAGED THE DIFFERENT ABILTY LEVELS BETWEEN ALL STUDENTS VERY, VERY WELL.
Course was well presented and explained well. Tutor Arsham was very helpful and made me more prepared for the questions on the final assessment.
Course and tutor were very helpful, all of the content was very useful and has provided me with a strong base to improve and advance my skills with PLC's. The only negative I have is it would be nice to see more modern pieces of kit just so when it comes to working in the real world it will be more easily transferable. Thanks again.

The course was enjoyable and I have definitely learnt a basic foundation in PLC's.
As usual the course is about passing the exam rather than becoming competent and confident in carrying out work to BS 7671. The course was very well presented but at times I felt that it was going over my head.
