The Free tea and coffee is brilliant. A very interesting course that is well delivered.
overall the course was 5 star and the tutor Kieth Nadin at Walken was extremely good, very knowledgeable and his teaching approach was spot on. i have already recommended 3 people to go and get the 18th edition done there. the lunch we didn't get but that is not an issue and the laptops are so old and slow but overall still 5 stars. well done guys!
Good location not hard to get to through traffic and good free parking. A lot to cover but explained well. If you have done the 3 day 18th edition course you will be used to the pace and the amount of information to go over. Instructor knowledgeable and approachable to answer any questions. No longer providing lunch.
The course length is just about right, albeit that there is a lot to take in, in a short amount of time I feel that it is achieved well by the tutor. Mark Appleyard did an excellent job at conveying the information and went into a more in depth explanation of anything we were unsure about. Overall I feel the course is very intensive but does work well provided you have the previous knowledge and experience of testing.
I had an excellent experience on the 5 day F-gas course. Tim was very informative and gave me vast amounts of confidence and knowledge not only to pass the course, but to also apply it in real life situations. Thanks very much Tim!

Tim was an excellent tutor; he patiently answered all my random questions without making me feel silly, he was very encouraging and worked hard to make sure we all felt ready and confident for the tests. He even treated us to some banjo playing at the end of the course! Being a woman in a traditionally male dominated environment I was never once made to feel out of place or awkward. From day 1 all of the staff made me feel very welcome and relaxed.
Have attended a few courses now and this was as good as the others with Learn Tech.
Steve was a great instructor, with him still both working and teaching in this field, added a level of confidence and information that would be hard to surpass. I now feel very confident in my steps forward and the additional information that Steve provided will help me in my future career.
Great course. Would like more content on the physical rigs (controlling conveyors & pistons etc.)
