Really good. Obviously there's a limit to what one can learn in five days but within the limitations of the time available - and the learner's concentration span! - it's hard to see how it could have been done much better.

At times it was hard to get the Tutors attention as everyone was asking for help at the same time. Well fair was brilliant.

the course is good, if i could try and think of anything to improve on? the keyboard and mouse is very cheap, would be nice to have a better one the typing is uncomfortable a little the tables are wobbly, might be a good idea to do a video induction the sign in out tablet, dosent work, i keep being signed out by somone else, suggest your own app. its funny having a room full of PLC programmers and the heating controls are a thermostat and a 7 day timer from the local merchant locked in a box on the wall lol. - where is the temperature sensor, fans on the rads and PID controller. could do with ventilation other than holding the door open.

VERY GOOD AND KNOWLEDGABLE TUTOR

Tom our tutor was excellent, he clearly enjoys what he is doing, as he has a way of imparting his knowledge in a way that you actually remember what you have been thought. The food provided was of excellent quality and selection was very good. I can't recommend Tom and the Newcastle Center highly enough.

I cannot thank mark enough for all his help, support and motivation throughout the whole course. From the moment I sat to the desk on the first day to the handshake at the end of the course I cannot say enough good things about him. His knowledge on electrics was second to non he answered everyone’s questions and helped you navigate through the relevant books to confirm the answers. What a tutor fantastic

very thorough course, potentially needed to be a few days longer to make the final assessment easier and so some of the subjects/points aren't rushed through as much.

Overall was very satisfactory and I will be returning for any further training.

Great course! Thoroughly enjoyable 2 weeks and gained a lot of PLC knowledge and experience. Elliott was a fantastic tutor. Enjoyed the food also!
